🏆 Employee of the Month – Selection Process

At Danny Savery Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our Employee of the Month award recognizes a coach or Program Director who goes above and beyond in their role—someone who consistently embodies the spirit of martial arts, uplifts our academy culture, and leads by example.

Each month, students, parents, and fellow staff members have the opportunity to vote for the team member they believe:

• Makes everyone—staff, students, and visitors—feel welcome and valued

• Works hard with consistency, professionalism, and a positive attitude

• Supports their teammates and contributes to a strong, unified academy environment

• Shows up early, stays late, and puts in the extra effort without being asked

• Represents our academy’s values both on and off the mat—through respect, integrity, discipline, and passion

The recipient of this award is more than just a great employee—they are a “Role Model” of what it means to be part of the DSBJJ family.
