LET'S KEEP GOOD HYGIENE!

ALWAYS HAVE A CLEAN GI!

Always wear a clean gi to class.

If you do a double session, bring another clean gi with you for the second class. 

SHOWER IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRAINING!

As soon as you get home from training you should take a shower!

This will help prevent any type of skin infection from developing.

BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES!

Do not leave class and drive home in a sweat-soaked gi!

It’s a good idea to have a clean change of clothes to put on after class, until you get home.
